• Camera & Microphone Data: live and recorded video/audio streams for safety and evidence purposes.

• Location Data: precise GPS coordinates while a ride or delivery is active.

• Device Data: model, operating system, and connection type for diagnostics.

• Account Information: name, email, phone number (if users register).

2. How We Use Information

• To enable live-streaming, route tracking, and emergency alerts.

• To notify trusted contacts or authorities in case of danger.

• To store encrypted video evidence securely on cloud servers (Firebase / AWS S3).

• To improve app reliability and safety analytics.

3. Data Sharing & Storage

• We do not sell or share user data for advertising.

• Video and location data are encrypted in transit and at rest.

• Access is limited to the user, trusted contacts, or authorized safety personnel.

VoloSafeRide is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
